The Library Research Annex (LRA) houses lesser-used materials from the David W. Howe Memorial and Dana Medical Libraries, as well as material from Special Collections and University Archives.
Special Collections and University Archives materials stored in the LRA can be requested by using one of the forms (below), by emailing Special Collections, or by calling the SC Reference Desk at (802) 656-2138.
Before placing a request for materials from the LRA, please check the UVM Libraries Catalog to verify that the materials are housed there.
Regular LRA materials can be delivered to the Howe or Dana libraries upon request. Patrons can also request electronic copies of articles. Theses and dissertations will be delivered to Silver Special Collections in Billings Library (second level) to be read there.
