The Howe Library continues to offer expanded remote and curbside services this semester. Librarians are available to meet with students, faculty, and staff in 1:1 research consultations, provide point-of-need help through our virtual reference services, or meet with your classes to provide research instruction. The virtual reference desk will be staffed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays. Use our popular curbside services to pick up library books, interlibrary loan items, media equipment and DVDs. We’ve also expanded efforts to provide scanned copies of articles and book chapters in the UVM Libraries’ collections. All Interlibrary Loan services continue.

We appreciate your patience during a semester that has asked us all to do things differently. We’re particularly grateful for your assistance ensuring the safety of library staff and patrons, and of our community-at-large. Please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can support your learning, scholarship, and teaching – that’s what we’re for!
