Our digital series, "Gathering Leaves: Conversations about Book Arts," continues with a presentation by UVM English professor Liz Fenton on April 29. Professor Fenton will discuss how an interest in the history of printing first emerged out of and then revitalized her work as a literary critic.

A new exhibit space in the Davis Center provides a venue in which the work and struggles of Black, Indigenous and People of Color at UVM can be acknowledged and celebrated. The inaugural exhibit  is centered on the experiences of Black members of the UVM community. Visit the Fireplace Lounge to see the exhibit or view it online.

In January, we remember the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Throughout the month, the Howe Library will feature rotating works from its circulating book collection about the history and legacy of the civil rights movement.
