Created by UVM students and for students, Rhume offers the ability to book library study rooms, find open spaces in favorite buildings, and join a growing network of student-run study groups; empowering the academic community with the touch of a finger. Rhume’s purpose and mission is to increase the ease at which students utilize their university’s resources and ultimately improve study habits and overall academic success.
After spending a year of research and development, Rhume is live and ready for you to use. With full support of the Catamount Innovation Fund (CIF), University of Vermont, Office of the Vice President for Research, and College of Engineering and Mathematical Science, Rhume has hit the ground running as a one-of-a-kind study platform, connecting students to their studies.
Founded by Lead Developer William Lippolis, Rhume is comprised of six members from computer science, finance, political science, anthropology and environmental backgrounds. Each team member brings unique experience, insight, and perspective to not only the initial creation of Rhume, but strategic decisions to sustain success.
