This tool, like any other, has its limitations. Here are some other strategies you might try:
Double-Check the Library Catalog
Look back at your citation and find the title of the journal in which the article was published. Search for the title of the journal in CATQuest. If we have the title, you may see records for both print and electronic editions. Click on a the locations tab to see the years of coverage for which we have full-text. This is the best way to double-check the information that you get from our citation-linker.
Books and Book Chapters
Look back at your citation and see if the citation refers to a book or book chapter. The citation linker will not work for book citations at this time. If it is a book citation, try searching the book title (not the chapter title) in CATQuest.
Interlibrary Loan
If you've exhausted your search and we still don't appear to own the item that you're looking for, you can fill out an Interlibrary Loan Request for the item and we will try to get the item for you.
