Yes. The second and third floors are both designated quiet floors. On both of these upper floors, we ask that visitors keep conversation to a minimum and try and keep their volume level to a whisper. We also ask that visitors take all phone calls to the first floor or outside of the library. Please silence any personal electronic devices, or set them to vibrate - out of respect for others. 

If you require absolute silence, we recommend that you visit the Quiet Study/Microforms Room (Room 200) on the second floor, where even whispering is discouraged.
