Creating a NetID Account
NetID accounts can be created on UVM's Web page. The address is given below. Netscape or Internet Explorer are available on all of the computers in the UVM Libraries.
- Login to the computer.
- Open Netscape or Internet Explorer.
- Enter the following address and press the "Enter" key. (http://www.uvm.edu/account)
- Click on "Activate your UVM NetID Account!".
- Read the "UVM Computer Usage Agreement".
- Click in the "Yes" button.
- Enter all of the information required. Click in the box first to begin entering information in the box. Pay close attention to the format of the information to be entered.
- Be sure to make a note of the password you chose!!
- Click on the "Make My Account" button.
