    The Sleep Medicine Home Page
This home page lists resources regarding all aspects of sleep including the physiology of sleep, clinical sleep medicine, sleep research, federal and state information, patient information, and business-related groups. It provides links to newsgroups, an alphabetical listing of sleep disorders, professional associations, research sites, sleep disorders centers by state, and much more.

    Sleepnet
Begun in 1995, Sleepnet is listed in William C. Dement's excellent book The Promise of Sleep, and has links to Stanford University's School of Sleep Medicine. Despite its anonymity, this is one of the best websites out there on sleep. It includes information on sleep disorders, a "snoozeletter", sleep forums, sleep mall, a sleep test, sleep glossary, and sleep support groups. Its goal is to provide "everything you wanted to know about sleep but were too tired to ask".
