Services for Health Research Associates (HRA)

Dana Medical Library provides an array of information resources and research services to individuals and organizations unaffiliated with UVM. Typically, HRA membership has included government agencies, corporations, law firms, and multi- and solo-practice health care clinics. All work conforms to Library privacy policy.

Services include:

Document Delivery:
Photocopy Drop-off Service	$.30 per page
Article Retrieval and Delivery	$8.00 per article
Fax to Requestor	Article Retrieval and Delivery + $3 per article
Interlibrary Loan:	$15.00 minimum
Rush Service	ILL fee + $15 (FAX fee included)
Fax to Requestor	ILL fee + $3 per article
Literature Search	$45.00 per hour + cost recovery

Health Research Associates fall into three types of membership. Annual fees vary by membership type.

• Type I- An individual professional (e.g. physician, nurse practitioner, physical therapist, lawyer).
• Type II- A not-for-profit agency or business.
• Type III- A for-profit business.
