Learn the basics of Endnote. This demonstration could include creating a list of references in Endnote, downloading records from online databases such as PubMed, creating a bibliography, or adding citations to a paper using Endnote and Microsoft Word. The last 15 minutes is reserved for in-depth questions.

OvidSP, the New Face of Ovid CINAHL and Medline
Ovid databases will have a new look and feel beginning January 21, 2008. The new OvidSP interface will be simpler and more streamlined, with enhanced features and tools, but will also retain much of the current Ovid functionality. Bring your questions and get to know OvidSP.

Reach the Widest Audience With Open Access Publishing
Is published research that is easier to find and retrieve cited more often than published research that is harder to find and retrieve? What can you do to make your publications easier to find and retrieve? Identify respected journals with short or non-existent closed access periods (Mol Cell Biol, Diabetes, Genetics), and journals that allow freely-available self-archiving of your published research (Nature, Cell, Science).
