These PDA programs must be installed via computers that are on the UVM or FAHC computer networks. All programs are available for both PalmOS and PocketPC unless otherwise indicated.

POCKETConsult - directions

DynaMed - directions. Send an email if you have trouble obtaining a serial number.

Drug Databases

MobileMICROMEDEX Click on the MICROMEDEX Healthcare Series button, then click on the Handheld PDA tab and follow the directions.

Clinical Pharmacology (UVM users only) Click on Clinical Pharmacology OnHand download. The instructions call for a username and password, but you don't need one as long as you're installing from a computer on the UVM network.

Textbooks

AccessMedicine allows you to identify the portions of the textbook (specific pages or chapters) that you would like to store on your PDA. Textbooks include Harrison's, Hurst's the Heart, Williams Obstetrics and many others. - directions
