As many know, Vermonters have been responding to the crisis in Haiti, including those here at UVM and FAHC. The recent earthquake has created a complex disaster situation. The National Resource Center on Advancing Emergency Preparedness for Culturally Diverse Communities provides valuable information on the emergency itself, cross cultural competence and translated materials.
