UpToDate for PDAs

Installation

1. Connect to the Internet either by connecting your PDA to a computer, or by connecting to a wireless network.
   
2. Bring up the web browser on your PDA.
   
3. Go to http://utdol.com in your PDA web browser.
   
4. Search UpToDate.
   
5. Select the page you want to view. That page is now available in your PDA whenever you view your search History. However, UpToDate pages are untitled, so a better option for recognizing the chapters you've downloaded is to make each page a 'Favorite' in your web browser. When you add a page to your list of Favorites you have the option of giving it a new, more recognizable, name.

What You Get

• The individual chapters (pages) from UpToDate that you select.

Use

1. When you're no longer connected to the Internet, go back in to your web browser.
   
2. View the browser History or Favorites.
   
3. Select the UpToDate chapter that you want to view.

Additional Information

UpToDate does sell a PDA version of its software to Personal subscribers.
An institutional subscription to the PDA version is not available.
