Dana Library Food Policy


Given that the Dana Medical Library wishes to create a welcoming atmosphere, and

In recognition of the fact that there are limited alternative dining areas nearby, and

Acknowledging our responsibility to protect library materials and equipment and to ensure the rights of all users to undisturbed study,

All drinks must be in covered containers.

All trash must be disposed of properly.

Should a spill occur, please ask at the Circulation desk for a cleanup kit.

Dana staff reserves the right to ask any patron who disregards the above, or whose eating and drinking is disruptive to other patrons, to leave the library. Dana staff may modify this policy at any time.
