Room is equipped with a white board, power, Ethernet, one desktop with Windows 7, Office 2007, CD RW and USB flash drive port connected to a LCD 40in. screen, with sound and a table that seats 8 with additional capacity as the room allows. Preference is given to groups; individuals must give up the room if requested by a group.
The library has one large conference room available for a large group seeking a place to hold short term collaborative study sessions. Patrons may schedule meetings for two hours at a time, up to two weeks in advance. Please contact the Reference or Circulation Desk to schedule time. A daily calendar is posted on the Conference Room door.

The library has three small group study rooms. UVM and FAHC affiliates, seeking a place to hold short term collaborative study sessions may use group study rooms. Group study rooms cannot be reserved in advance and are available on a first-come first- serve basis. Keys to the group study rooms may be checked out with a valid UVM or FAHC ID at the Circulation Desk. The group study rooms may be used for a period of two hours and renewed as long as the room is not needed.

This room is equipped with a TV, VCR DVD player, white board, power and Ethernet access. Preference is given to those needing the AV equipment, and groups, individuals must give up the room if requested by a group or an AV need.
The library has one Audio Visual Room. The Audio Visual Room cannot be reserved in advance and is available on a first-come first- serve basis. The Audio Visual Room may be used for a period of two hours and renewed as long as the room is not needed. The key to the Audio Visual Room may be checked out with a valid UVM or FAHC ID at the Circulation desk.
Capacity: As the room allows
The room contains twelve participant computers and one instructor station all equipped with Windows 7, Office 2010,CD RW and USB flash drive port, overhead projector and screen and white board. Preference is given to Dana Medical Library faculty and staff, departments in COM or CNHS and then other UVM or UVM affiliated departments. When the room is not reserved, it is available for patron use.
The Dana Medical Library computer classroom is a multi-use facility dedicated to the support of teaching and learning in the College of Medicine, College of Nursing &Health Sciences and other UVM affiliated groups. During the academic semesters, the classroom will not be reserved between 11:00am and 2:00 pm to allow overflow use by library patrons. Requests to schedule the classroom can be addressed to the administrative secretary, Sue Bishop at 656-0695.
COMIS maintains the hardware and software on the computers in the classroom and provides technical support. COMIS is located in Med. Ed. Ctr. 113 and may be reached at 656-7300. Library staff may also provide technical support when possible.
